To ensure the greeting of your choice we highly recommend it!

Where and when do you deliver and pick up?

We deliver our rental signs in Orange County, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  We usually deliver between 9am and 9pm the day before the rental period begins.  You can request a specific time for delivery as well.  We will pick up the sign usually in the evening of the last day of the rental period.

Note: If you wish to surprise a co-worker or boss at a place of business, arrangements need to be made for delivery, before the honoree arrives to work.

For those “SURPRISE” displays.  Please try to let someone in the household know that we will be on the property, please leave a porch light on so it will be easier to spot your house and yard.

How will they know who it is from?

Every recipient receives a keepsake card that reveals his or her secret sender.
You may also remain anonymous.

How are the Yard Cards displayed?

Signs are inserted into the ground with H-frame stakes similar to political signs.
None of our stakes tear up your lawn, they just aerate it a bit.

How and When do I pay for it?

We accept check, money order, cashiers check, or credit card (via Pay Pal). If paying by check, money order, or cashiers check, please email us for our address. Returned checks will be charged a $30.00 NSF fee and must be paid before delivery.

How will they know who it I from?

What is your refund policy?

You will receive a full refund if you cancel 48 hours in advance of the rental date.

If we are unable to deliver due to adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain or high winds.

We will make every effort to deliver as long as we are safe doing it.

You will not receive a refund if the following applies:

The homeowner stops us from setting up the display.
The homeowner calls us and asks us to remove the display.
You give us less than 48 hours notice to cancel your order.
You have given us the wrong address or date.
We cannot set up the display because of a gated community/security guard
that will not allow us access.
A dog or other animal is loose that poses a threat.
A lack of grassy/gravel area to stake in the sign.
Or any other reason we cannot set up the display that is beyond our control.

PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO PLAY WITH THE SIGNS OR ANY PART OF THE DISPLAY! THE H-FRAMES CAN BE DANGEROUS AND WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY.
